Wellington Apartments

Wellington Apartments are very conveniently located a short walk from the Norwich rail station, and only a short walk to the Cathedral and then on to the city centre. The studio apartment had all the essentials for a comfortable, self-catering stay - a well designed and reasonably spacious room, comfortable mattress, well-equipped kitchen, good wifi, helpful info in the room and a friendly welcome from the Reception staff. We really appreciated the flexible left luggage service as well.

Excellent location, halfway between the railway station and the city centre, right around the corner from the Cathedral. Spacious room, well-equipped, with cooking and ironing utensils, mini fridge, washing machine, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Perfect home-base for exploring Norwich, Norfolk, or even a day-trip to London.

Everything about Wellington Apartments was exceptionally good. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was plenty of storage space. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathrooom was beautifully clean, with a proper bath (not just a shower). Water was hot. As well as towels there were courtesy shampoo, soap and shower gel.

I stayed one night and the apartment was perfect for my needs. It is close to the city centre and shopping but also for the Prince of Wales area and the Riverside development. The cathedral and surroundings were just a couple of minutes walk. In short, you couldn't get anywhere more ideally placed. The room was quiet and dark, there was no noise from traffic or other guests. Everything was clean and tidy, shower was good and water plentiful. The apartment was huge, so much more space than other chain hotels. Plenty of room for yoga and HIIT exercise. Bed was comfy and on the right side of firm. Norwich has plenty of options for coffee and food; breakfast, lunch and evening meals are easily covered. Kitchen seemed to have enough equipment for cooking and there is a washing machine. If you do want to cook, delivery of cook your own meal boxes would be a good idea. Otherwise food deliveries. I'd go for exploring the restaurants and cafes of Norwich. 24-hour receptionists were cheerful, friendly and helpful. 24-hour parking is close by. I didn't need my car for the whole of my stay. I would have no problem returning for a longer stay and would happily recommend to others.

Great location, almost like a quiet back street, without much traffic. Excellent facilities such as iron, ironing board, 2 TV's, huge fan, cooker, fridge, comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern building which looks as may originally have been offices. Internal leafy green outdoor area to sit in View of Norwich Cathedral Spire from window.. Would highly recommend Wellington Apartments. I would return another time! Thank you.
